Remedy Wellness Centre is a well-established, patient-focused clinic built around team-based care. We are located in Cook Street Village, Victoria BC. Our practitioners — physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and counsellors — work together within a biopsychosocial model to support the best possible outcomes for every patient. Full-Time or Part-Time — Maternity Leave Coverage, with Opportunity to Continue

Position Overview
• Flexible full-time or part-time hours
• Established caseload available for a smooth transition
• Opportunity to continue building your practice beyond the maternity leave term

Responsibilities
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment notes via Jane App

Qualifications
• Registered and in good standing with the CCHPBC
• Eligible to bill extended health benefits
• Experience treating orthopedic and/or MVA patients is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team! You’ll practice in a supportive, professional environment where a genuinely positive atmosphere is part of the culture, not just a talking point. Patients regularly comment on the energy they feel the moment they walk through our doors.

Position Overview
• Flexible full-time or part-time hours
• Established caseload available for a smooth transition

Your Space
You’ll work from one of nine spacious, minimalist-modern treatment rooms — each with a hydraulic table, air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, dimmable lighting, and soundproofing. A staff room is available for breaks and downtime, or take a stroll through Cook Street Village!

• Clinic linens available for a small fee (optional)
• You supply your own oil and any additional products you prefer
• Everything else — treatment space, equipment, admin, Jane App, and amenities — is provided

Our Mentor Program

We are very fortunate to have some veteran practitioners at Remedy with 10, 15 or 35 years of practice experience! They are a wealth of knowledge and experience that we believe should be shared with the upcoming generations of these professions. Our mentor program gives our interns and junior practitinoers a chance to sit in on some treatments to observe and learn from our best and brightest. We also host focused study groups where we leanr new concepts, treatment techniques and more!

INTERN MASSAGE PRACTITIONER – ALWAYS OPEN

• Are you a massage therapy student nearing completion of your RMT program? Looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional clinical setting? We are seeking a dedicated Intern Massage Practitioner to join our team!

  As an intern, you will have the opportunity to:
  ✅ Provide non-registered massage therapy to clients under the guidance of experienced RMTs
  ✅ Participate in our Chronic Conditions Program, working with clients who experience persistent pain, mobility issues, or rehabilitation needs
  ✅ Gain valuable clinical experience in a supportive and collaborative environment
  ✅ Develop your skills in therapeutic and wellness-based massage techniques
