Access to the clinic is available via stairs or elevator, both accessible from Pendergast Street.

Information For New PatienTs

You should receive an email confirmation with your appointment details as well as a link to fill out a health history form. You can also set your communication preferences, like reminder emails and text messages, and sign up for our monthly newsletter. If you do not receive the welcome email, please call us at 250-590-5221.
