Ashley is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology.
She takes an integrative, evidence-based approach that draws on theories including:
- Person-Centered Therapy,
- Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT),
- Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
- Dialect Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
Ashley’s goal is to provide a non-judgemental and safe space where you can work together to navigate and understand your internal experiences. Appreciating the strong mind-body connection, she may infuse mindfulness and somatic practices into her sessions to help foster emotional awareness and aid in the healing process.
Using a strength-based approach, she hopes to support you in uncovering and building upon your skills and resources to help you move in a direction that aligns with your values and goals.
