Information For New PatienTs

Email Communications

You should receive an email confirmation with your appointment details as well as a link to fill out a health history form. You can also set your communication preferences, like reminder emails and text messages, and sign up for our monthly newsletter. If you do not receive the welcome email, please call us at 250-590-5221.

Please arrive about 5 minutes early.

Parking
There is lots of on street parking but we recommend using the Broughton Street parkade between Blanshard and Douglas under the library. The 1st hour is FREE.
Location

We are located at 214-852 Fort Street

Left side of Fort Street between Quadra and Blanshard, much closer to Quadra.

There are two entrances, stairs only and an elevator from the lobby

​If your appointment is after 5pm or on a Saturday the lobby doors will be locked.

There is a buzzer just to the right. Buzz suite 214 and we can let you in.
