With a strong interest in athletic performance and injury recovery, he enjoys working with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to competitive lifters and endurance athletes. Sam’s treatments focus on addressing muscle imbalances, mobility restrictions, and chronic pain to enhance recovery, prevent injuries, and optimize movement patterns.

    Sophie practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist in the Maritimes before relocating to Victoria. She delivers personalized treatments tailored to each patient’s needs, helping with functional limitations, pain management, and overall relaxation.

    With a passion for providing a better health care experience, Sophie integrates natural alternatives to support your health goals. She is also trained in Chinese Acupuncture and osteopathy, offering a unique approach to healing that combines Eastern and Western practices.

    When Sophie is not with clients, she can often be found spending time with her many pets.

      Gwen has developed her practice in treating stress-related concerns, soft-tissue injuries, and chronic pain. She addresses any discomfort with her blended approach of specific, targeted techniques and medium to firm pressure. She places a strong emphasis on calming the nervous system, with the balanced of slow, rhythmic techniques that promotes deep relaxation for mind and
      body.

      In addition, she incorporates stretches and movement practices to complement each individual’s unique needs, goals and lifestyle. She graduated in Toronto and has been practicing since 2018.

      Gwen’s desire to help others is rooted in her
      upbringing, surrounded by nurturers and caretakers, which inspired her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. She approaches every individual with empathy, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for them to reconnect with their bodies and support on their healing journey.

      Outside of work, Gwen enjoys an active lifestyle, often biking and hiking. She found a new interest in bouldering and yoga to explore her physical capabilities, and challenge herself in fun and creative ways. These not only keep her active, but also helps her mentally, so she can show up for herself and for everyone.

        Leo is a Registered Acupuncture Practitioner who graduated from Pacific Rim College in 2024 after a nine-year education journey. His background includes studies in sociology and applied ethics at University of Victoria and a Mental Health and Addictions Diploma from Camosun College. This diverse foundation informs his trauma-informed, holistic approach to care.

        Leo combines acupuncture with techniques such as Tui Na (Chinese massage), cupping, and gentle needling to support both physical and mental health. He focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment where patients feel heard, safe, and cared for.

        His clinical interests include pain management, stress and anxiety, insomnia, and holistic mental health support. Leo also has a special focus on prenatal and postnatal care, helping patients manage symptoms like back pain, nausea, headaches, constipation, and stress. Acupuncture may also support labour preparation and breech positioning in late pregnancy, as well as recovery and emotional well-being after birth.

        Leo is passionate about working with diverse communities, including 2SLGBTQ+ clients, and supporting individuals across all stages of life—from pregnancy to aging—addressing concerns like chronic pain, hormone balance, and overall wellness.

          Megan Lazaruk

          Megan Lazaruk, RMT  

          Megan graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Halifax Campus, in 2011. After practicing in the Kootenays and Nanaimo for 10 years, she is happy to be back in her hometown of Victoria.

          Along with all the regular benefits of pain relief, joint mobilization, injury rehab, sports maintenance, and relaxation that massage therapy provides, Megan sees the importance of postural alignment, structural integration, and a relaxed nervous system as the keys to wellbeing.

          Megan’s treatments focus on myofascial release, therapeutic exercises, and hydrotherapy guidance.
          When not providing professional health care, Megan enjoys creating art and walking in nature.
