Eden Sandhals’ approach to patients centered care within the realm of massage therapy is not only centered around results but having her patients feel empowered, that they understand what a vital role they play in their ongoing health.

“I think it’s so important to educate as I go, so the patient develops a greater level of understanding about their conditions and/or bodies and can really be part of the process.”

  • Eden’s techniques vary from gentle to deep, depending on you and your therapy goals. She’s taken a special interest in the myofascial system and continues to pursue education for myofascial mobilizations for chronic tension, injuries, post surgical scar care, whiplash, and the list goes on.

A graduate of WCCMT Victoria in 2016, Eden also is a part -time clinical instructor in the massage therapy program at Camosun College. In her home life she is mother to a fantastic kid, dog, and cat – and if there’s time to spare you may find her on roller skates or jogging down Dallas Rd.
