Faith Kremler graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in April 2025, entering the field with a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork and a heartfelt passion for supporting others to feel their best. Trained in a variety of modalities including:

  • Deep Tissue Swedish Massage
  • Myofascial Release
  • Trigger Point Therapy

Faith is particularly focused on how massage can ease stress, relieve pain, and promote functional movement.

With a holistic, client-centered approach, Faith tailors each session to the unique needs and goals of each client. Their calm, attentive presence helps create a peaceful, welcoming environment for healing and relaxation.

When not in clinic or preparing for their Registration Exams, they are likely on a bike ride, dancing, or enjoying a good book in the quiet comfort of their garden.

Faith’s services are currently NOT covered by insurance, as they are preparing to write the RMT registration exams in Sept 2025.

    Samuel is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who focuses on therapeutic massage to help individuals restore healthy, pain-free movement. His approach integrates manual massage techniques with targeted movement exercises, ensuring that his patients can return to the activities they love—whether that’s powerlifting, running, team sports, or simply playing with their grandkids.

    With a strong interest in athletic performance and injury recovery, he enjoys working with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to competitive lifters and endurance athletes. Sam’s treatments focus on addressing muscle imbalances, mobility restrictions, and chronic pain to enhance recovery, prevent injuries, and optimize movement patterns.

    Sam is passionate about providing individualized care that empowers his patients to move with confidence and strength. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent muscle tension, or looking to improve athletic performance, Sam is here to support you on your journey to better movement and overall well-being.

      Sophie practiced as a Registered Massage Therapist in the Maritimes before relocating to Victoria. She delivers personalized treatments tailored to each patient’s needs, helping with functional limitations, pain management, and overall relaxation.

      With a passion for providing a better health care experience, Sophie integrates natural alternatives to support your health goals. She is also trained in Chinese Acupuncture and osteopathy, offering a unique approach to healing that combines Eastern and Western practices.

      When Sophie is not with clients, she can often be found spending time with her many pets.

        Gwen Tingson

        Gwen has developed her practice in treating stress-related concerns, soft-tissue injuries, and chronic pain. She addresses any discomfort with her blended approach of specific, targeted techniques and medium to firm pressure. She places a strong emphasis on calming the nervous system, with the balanced of slow, rhythmic techniques that promotes deep relaxation for mind and
        body.

        In addition, she incorporates stretches and movement practices to complement each individual’s unique needs, goals and lifestyle. She graduated in Toronto and has been practicing since 2018.

        Gwen’s desire to help others is rooted in her
        upbringing, surrounded by nurturers and caretakers, which inspired her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. She approaches every individual with empathy, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for them to reconnect with their bodies and support on their healing journey.

        Outside of work, Gwen enjoys an active lifestyle, often biking and hiking. She found a new interest in bouldering and yoga to explore her physical capabilities, and challenge herself in fun and creative ways. These not only keep her active, but also helps her mentally, so she can show up for herself and for everyone.
